Booking Policy (Please Read Before Booking)

All sessions are held online unless otherwise arranged. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your meeting link and session details. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder just in case. In-Person Sessions If you’re local and interested in booking an in-person session, reach out to Kat at kat@evosounds.com before booking. We’ll confirm availability and set things up directly. Being on Time Please make sure to join on time. I want you to get the full value out of your session.If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and considered forfeited. Reschedules & Cancellations Life happens and I get it. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. No-shows, will forfeit the session and be charged in full, as that time is reserved exclusively for you. If something urgent comes up, reach out we'll accommodate when possible. Payments Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. All payments are processed securely through the site, and your booking isn’t confirmed until payment goes through. Refunds Once a session has started, it’s non-refundable. If I ever need to cancel for any reason, you’ll have the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund. Reminders You’ll automatically get email reminders before your session. Please double-check that your email is correct when booking to avoid missing anything important. Quick Summary By booking, you’re reserving dedicated time for your session and agreeing to these terms so everything runs smoothly for both of us.
