Chris Lake 400 Ableton Remake

As someone learning how to make music it's always great to learn from your favorite artist. It allows you to know how they achieve a sound and how many layers come together to give you a professional sounding track. For our first ever project file remake we wanted to target an artist many people respect and we chose to go with CHRIS LAKE by remaking one of his iconic Tech House Tracks. Our goal was to create a project file you can learn from and borrow from when needed to start your tracks and take the guessing game out of sound selection. Supporting this project file you gain access to use the drum samples, fx,  and Serum presets in your own music.

How to use ableton project files

One way to use this project file is to study the arrangement for yourself how do the elements fade in and out, and how to create a track that has a theme but also variation to keep your listeners entertained.

2nd way is to utilize the drums and sounds and rework it to something new. How many times have you heard music that inspired you due to the sounds they used? If this track is one of them now you have access to similar sounds.

Finally you can also study some of the techniques to create similar sounds and process them as well.
