Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy (Please Read Before Booking) Online Sessions Only All sessions are held online. In-person bookings please contact kat@evosounds.com. Once you lock in your spot, you’ll get a confirmation email with your meeting link and session details. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder just in case. Being on Time Please make sure to join on time, because I want to make sure you get the full value out of your session. Reschedules & Cancellations Life happens and I get it. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session amount. If something urgent comes up, just message me or Kat (kat@evosounds.com). I’ll always try to be flexible when possible. Payments Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. All payments are handled securely through the site, and your booking isn’t confirmed until payment goes through. Tech Setup Please make sure you have a stable internet connection, your materials ready, and a working mic/audio setup before we start. If something goes wrong on my end, I’ll reschedule at no cost. If it’s on your end, we’ll do our best to find another time depending on availability. Refunds Once a session has started, it’s considered non-refundable. If I ever need to cancel for any reason, you’ll get the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Reminders You’ll get automatic reminders before your session to help you stay on track. Please double-check your email address when booking so you don’t miss any details. Quick Summary By booking a session, you’re reserving dedicated time for yourself and agreeing to these terms so everything runs smoothly for both of us.
